Claire Ruiz Hartell (born 28 November 1997) is a Filipino-Australian actress, best known for her roles in the television series Be Careful with My Heart as Joey Acosta, Beki Boxer as Venus, A Love to Last as Gena, Maalaala Mo Kaya as Abe/Abegail Mesa and A Family Affair as Florabelle/Belle Ramirez. She is an actress and talent of ABS-CBN's Star Magic.

== Early life and education == Ruiz was born November 28, 1997, in Angeles City, Philippines, the Filipina actress and model. She attended Westfields International School, a private international school located in her hometown of Angeles City, Pampanga. The school heavily featured her as a prominent alumna, celebrating her transition from local campus activities to mainstream Philippine media stardom.

== Career == Ruiz entered the entertainment industry at age 12 by auditioning for the inaugural season of Pilipinas Got Talent in 2010. She later competed in TV5's talent search Star Factor. Her breakthrough acting role came when she was cast as Joey Acosta in the hit daytime television series Be Careful with My Heart. In the 2022, drama series A Family Affair , portrayed Florabelle "Belle" Ramirez, a seductive and complex character tangled in the lives of the Estrella brothers. In the 2024, political drama series Pamilya Sagrado, plays the supporting role of Shaira Agustin.
